mod_ComputerCraft.cfg is located in .minecraft/config At least for client side it is. Does this file generate server side? (I can get this to work client side, but when playing multiplayer on a server, it's not enabled) This must be enabled on the server. You can find the config in mods/ComputerCraft in the Server Folder.
